The breakfast in the Executive Floor lounge was very good. The room was well-appointed and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using the Beijing - West Railway Station.

Nice hotel room and very good bed

not totally refined, i.e. cookie not available on arrival, no space for suitcases and not enough around the sink to put all your stuff. For a city trip, this hotel is a bit too far away - it is good in general but depending on your goals for the stay, there are better alternatives.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist me. I also really appreciated having an ATM machine available for convenience. The hotel's location near Beijing West train station made it easy for me to travel around the city and explore different areas. Additionally, being right beside the Daguanying subway stop made transportation a breeze. I also loved that the hotel was reasonably close to the shopping districts, allowing me to indulge in some retail therapy.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During our recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton in Beijing, we were pleased with the convenient location. The hotel was situated near the west railway station and LRT, making it easy for us to explore the city. The facilities, including the gym and executive lounge, were also in excellent condition and provided a pleasant experience. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection for both Chinese and continental preferences. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were particularly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. our stay at Doubletree By Hilton in Beijing was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, as it is easy to get to all the big attractions in the area. It is near South Beijing train station and close to the next Metro station. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities provided, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and always available to assist their guests.

Some guests have complained about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets.

The service and amenities provided at this hotel were luxurious and exclusive. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a sauna, steam room, and indoor swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi and spa lounge. The garden area was peaceful and serene, providing a perfect escape from the bustle of the city. The room advantages were also outstanding, including private facilities and in-room breakfast. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas were exceptional, offering a wide variety of food and drink options that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The location was also advantageous, with easy access to the subway.

The only minor issue with this hotel was the slightly outdated bathroom furnishings. The shower could have had a bit more water pressure, and the toilet could have been more modern.

The hotel we stayed at offered a complimentary breakfast and happy hour, which was a nice touch and saved us some money. It was also conveniently located near a shopping mall and metro station, making it easy to get around. Additionally, we appreciated the indoor pool as a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

Though the hotel was in a good location, the noise level from traffic outside was quite noticeable. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit slow and disorganized at times, which made check-in and other interactions frustrating.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a certain hotel in Beijing. The location was excellent, with a subway line just a short walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city. We were upgraded to a suite upon check-in, which was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast selection was extensive and of high quality, offering both Western and Chinese cuisine. Additionally, there was a supermarket conveniently located behind the hotel. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

They seemed disinterested and unhelpful with my inquiries. the cleaning service was inconsistent, as some days they did not properly clean my room.
